EasyEV Inc. was founded in 2020 as Manitoba’s first dedicated EV charging installation company — not a general electrician who added EV work as an afterthought, but a business built from day one around the specific needs of Manitoba homeowners, businesses, and municipalities switching to electric vehicles.
We recognized early that EV charger installation in Manitoba comes with its own considerations: Manitoba Hydro’s permitting process, the City of Winnipeg’s electrical permit requirements, and the realities of installing and running charging equipment through Manitoba winters.
